To secure preliminary approval, in our "Standard Markets" the property must generate positive cash flow. If we can document this minimum requirement, we can proceed to the next step.
While Hard Money Options Exists for those Properties that don't cash flow, we have alternate solutions outside of our "Standard Markets", Private Capital (Inquire Within).
Based on the information you have provided, we can review our lending markets and discuss their appetite to move forward and extend you a preliminary rate and terms on your CRE asset.
The average time for this process is 10-14 business days.
If you wish to move forward after receiving preliminary approval, your application may be extended.
